Shrine of Goddess Rukmini
The Rukmini Temple stands 2 km north of Dwarkadhish Temple, honouring Krishna's queen Rukmini. Built in the 12th–13th century, its walls carry intricate carvings of deities and geometric patterns distinct from the main Jagat Mandir style.
The Legend
Scripture holds Rukmini worshipped separately after sage Durvasa cursed that she and Krishna could not reside in the same town — explaining the geographic separation of the two shrines.
Hours: 6:00 AM–12:30 PM, 4:00 PM–8:00 PM. Visit same day as Dwarkadhish darshan.
